Rulers of major triangle Leo-Capricorn-Pisces

Leo-Capricorn-Pisces was crucial during the period 1875–1975 in stimulating a change in civilisation. Also see Venus-Earth-Uranus

The rulers of triangle Leo-Capricorn-Pisces, which stimulated a major shift in humanity (peaking in 1945) during the 100 years between 1875-1975.

This combination is terrifically potent and brings about the precipitation of inner forces, and increased activity of the lower mind and an outpouring of Shamballa force

Uranus (veiled in Leo by the Sun)

the planet of occultism, and that which governs group relations, organisations and the eleventh House. It relates the Leo influence to Aquarius.

Venus

governing the second House… concerned with economics, the distribution of money and metals … rules Taurus, the “seed house” of illumination and the new emerging light. Venus also rules Libra exoterically and the seventh House wherein enemies are recognised and unions and friendships achieved.

Pluto

governing the eighth House.. of death, of dissolution, of detachment and ruling Scorpio, the sign of testing and of discipleship

The rays involved during the last period of activity of the parent triangle—and seeking to control human life and unitedly bringing about fundamental changes, and ushering in the new era—are as follows:

Ray 7

felt in the house of relationships, of organisations and of mutual effort and of aspiration (either towards good or evil). The forces of this ray work out on the seventh or physical plane [where] major changes in all forms are made and on which the disciple must firmly stand [to take] initiation.

The 7th ray also

sweeps into organised and directed activity the world of forces upon the outer sphere of manifestation, and produces the precipitation of Karma, which, in this case [led to]:

  1. the second world war as the expression of all the subjective evil of the life of humanity

  2. The initiation of the planetary Logos and—with Him—of all who take their stand upon the side of the Forces of Light. This takes various forms [for] humanity…:

    1. …initiation of the consciousness of the masses… into the Aquarian age, bringing… new influences and potencies, and enabling them to make a response of which they would not otherwise be capable.
    2. The initiation of the aspirants of the world [1st initiation] on to the [2nd initiation].
    3. …certain major initiations [for] those world disciples… ready… to take them.

The 7th ray is behind a

regrouping and a rearrangement of human attitudes and thought… bought about [by] …demand upon the world thinkers for direction and guidance. Thus the nebulous structure and the dim outlines of the New Age civilisation can already be seen.

The full self-consciousness of Leo ensures that whatever path humanity takes, it does with full awareness. The 11th house and polarity with Aquarius stimulates group consciousness, relationships and work, which constitute a veritable initiation for the race (…) Humanity is… participating in the preparatory tests for… the initiation of the world disciple. The significance of the number 11—the number of the initiate as well as the 11th house and sign of universal relationships, interplay and consciousness. For all this, the combination of the signs Leo-Capricorn-Pisces is preparing the race.

The grouping which is part of the divine Plan is not around any one nation but a grouping based on the ideal of brotherhood, on the will-to-good and … the freedom of the whole.

Ray 5

Capricorn is related… to initiation… and the coming world Saviour. Humanity can take advantage of the Venusian influence to use the mind as the reflector of soul purpose. The alternative is a dark period of civilisation and of physical, animal control. However, the above was dependent upon the outcome of WWII. AAB recognised that in Germany and Japan (as in Iraq, Syria, Israel, Palestine etc. today), that:

those who … represent the “lighted way” were so imprisoned in their environment and so dominated in their personalities by the thoughtforms of their powerful rulers that for them right action was impossible. [however] The Forces of light recognise and work for the spiritual good of all people, irrespective of their national relations [and] makes a distinction between the bewildered mass, the wrongly educated youth and the obsessed leaders [who were responding to the] earthly influence of Capricorn [and were] evoked out of their evil past by the material side of humanity… and… the massed selfishness of mankind. In like manner the Forces of Light can be evoked in tremendous potency but only by the massed aspiration and spiritual desires of the peoples of the Earth.

Venus and Libra bring in appropriate balance … or … equilibrium that corresponds to the great point of balance on the Path of Involution when spirit and matter balanced each other, making the upward arc of evolution the next possible step. This time the balancing is on mental levels while the earlier for the Sons of Mind was on the physical. To humanity, this is what that earlier point was to the planetary Logos.

Ray 1

necessitated the triumph of death—not necessarily physical death—leading to the dissolution of the form of man. […] of old forms of civilisations… religious teaching when it does not serve the needs of the spiritual nature of the people… educational processes which fail to educate the developing nature […] Pluto… comes into full force… in order to stage the testings of the world disciple [thus bringing in] the potency of Scorpio [and leading to] the dissolution of old group structures of thought… worn-out ideas [and] crystallised old forms [so that] in their place the undying spirit… sensitive to the emerging concepts of truth—will create the needed new forms…
